Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable or digitally accessible products are generally final once the product has been delivered or access has been provided.
Digital products may include, but are not limited to:
- Digital books and PDF downloads
- Read-online books
- Read + Listen books and audio content
- Digital memberships or subscriptions
- Other downloadable or online-access content
We generally do not provide refunds for change of mind after digital content has been delivered or accessed.
However, if you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the product you purchased, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue. If we are unable to provide the purchased digital product, we may provide a replacement, alternative access, or refund as appropriate.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or made a duplicate purchase, please contact us so we can review the transaction.
Physical Products
For physical products, if applicable, return and refund eligibility will depend on the condition and type of product purchased. Items must generally be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
