Terms of Service

Last updated: August 26, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Islamly website and your purchase or use of products and services offered by Islamly.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Services

Islamly provides products, content, and services that may include Islamic educational content, children's books, digital books, audio content, memberships, physical products, and other products or services offered through our website.

We may add, modify, or discontinue products, features, or services from time to time.

2. Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product from Islamly, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use that product for personal and household use unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.

Unless we expressly authorize it, you may not:

  • Resell or redistribute our digital products;
  • Upload or share purchased files publicly;
  • Reproduce our products for commercial purposes;
  • Share purchased access links with others outside your household;
  • Modify our content and sell or distribute it as your own; or
  • Circumvent technological measures intended to restrict unauthorized access or distribution.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Islamly name, branding, website content, illustrations, books, written material, audio, graphics, designs, and other original content made available through our services are owned by or licensed to Islamly and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No rights are granted except those expressly provided in these Terms.

4. Orders and Payments

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes and other charges will be displayed where required.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or technical errors, unauthorized transactions, or misuse of our services.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and no product or service is provided, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Refunds and Returns

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Because digital products can ordinarily be accessed immediately after purchase, digital sales are generally final once access or delivery has been provided, subject to applicable law.

6. Accounts and Access

If an account is required to access a service, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity occurring through your account.

You may not use another person's account without authorization or provide false or misleading information when creating an account.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use our website or services to engage in unlawful activity, interfere with the operation or security of our services, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, distribute malicious software, commit fraud, or infringe the rights of Islamly or others.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party platforms and services, including payment processors, hosting providers, digital-content platforms, and other technology providers.

Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Educational and Religious Content

Islamly may provide Islamic educational and religious content for informational and educational purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate content and may reference the Qur'an, authentic hadith, recognized scholarship, and other Islamic sources where appropriate. However, our content is not intended to replace individualized guidance from a qualified Islamic scholar regarding personal religious matters.

10. Children's Products

Some Islamly products are designed for children but are purchased and managed by parents, guardians, or other adults.

Purchases and account creation must be completed by individuals legally capable of entering into the applicable transaction.

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether particular content is appropriate for their children.

11. Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and accuracy of our website and services. However, except where prohibited by law, we do not guarantee that our website or digital services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Islamly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on our website with an updated revision date.

Your continued use of our services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
